A crash on I-20 in Columbia County has traffic backed up near the Grovetown exit.

According to dispatch, the crash happened at around 3 p.m. There are reports of injuries, but it is not known at this time how severe. One eastbound lane is open, but traffic is moving slowly.

FOX 54 has a crew on its way to the scene. We will update when more information is available.
