AIKEN, SC (WFXG) –
Aiken Public Safety investigators need your help locating 29-year-old Denea Latoya Burts of Aiken, SC. She is wanted on outstanding warrants for Financial Transaction Card Fraud.
The investigators need help identifying an accomplice to Burts as well.
Throughout the months of April-July 2018, Burts used a credit card that belonged to an elderly individual she was in charge of caring for. Burts withdrew and made purchases totaling approximately $4,000.00.
Throughout the same time frame, the second female made separate withdrawals and purchases totaling in excess of $4,000.00. This female operates a silver Saturn Aura with a Georgia license plate.
Anyone with information related to the whereabouts of Burts or the identity of the second individual is asked to contact Crimestoppers of the Midlands at 888-CRIME-SC (888-274-6372). Callers will remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
